IJLLSSR operates as an open-access journal. Operational expenses (editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting/formatting, website maintenance, and metadata management) are supported through publisher/admin resources and institutional collaborations.

Authors must disclose all funding sources and state the role of the funder (if any) in the research and publication.

APC PKR 15,000 / USD 60 for accepted articles. This covers editorial management, plagiarism/similarity checks, peer review coordination, typesetting, DOI registration, and online publication.
Fast-Track Review Optional: PKR 10,000 / USD 40. Provides initial editorial feedback within 7–10 working days. Fast-track review does not guarantee acceptance.
Waivers / Discounts 50% APC reduction for students with valid proof of enrollment. Full or partial APC waivers may be granted to authors without institutional funding.
Payment & Ethics: Payments (if applicable) are processed only after manuscript acceptance. The ability to pay does not influence editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes.
