Abstract

The integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education into the modern curriculum has become essential in preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century. This paper explores the growing importance of STEM education and its potential to foster innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. It examines the impact of STEM curricula on student engagement, academic achievement, and career readiness, while also addressing the barriers to effective STEM integration in schools and universities. The study highlights the need for interdisciplinary approaches, teacher training, andcollaborative efforts among educational stakeholders to ensure that STEM education remains relevant and accessible to all students. The paper concludes by offering recommendations for enhancing the integration of STEM education at all levels of the educational system.
